This exhibition project exhaustively maps for the first time the influence and of significance of comics in the work of one of the best Czech contemporary graphic artists, Michal Cihlář. It covers a span of fifty years — from his unique interpretation of Čapek’s I Had a Dog and a Cat and Donald Duck to Japanese erotic manga — and presents drawings, matrices and linocuts.
Curator: Radek Wohlmuth
Open Tuesday — Thursday 11 a.m. — 6 p.m. or by appointment.
